We want you to have complete peace of mind when shopping with Mediwell Store. Because our products are health-related (such as herbal oils), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used — but we gladly offer exchanges under the conditions below.
Exchange Policy
You have 07 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
- Item must be in the same condition as when you received it
How Exchange Works
- Contact us at mediwellstore@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0308-2538686 within 14 days.
- Keep the first parcel unopened & unused.
- Our courier will deliver your new item and collect the first one at the same time.
Exchange Shipping Fee
If the wrong item was sent by our mistake, we cover the shipping costs.
If the wrong item was ordered by the customer, the customer covers the shipping fee.
Damages & Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Instead, you may request an exchange within 07 days (if unused and unopened).
